Returns and refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Order Issues
If you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear, unedited photos of the item and packaging
Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be reviewed or approved. If approved, we will issue a replacement only at our discretion. No refunds will be provided.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds or replacements will NOT be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing
- Normal wear, fading, or tarnishing of gold-plated items
- Damage caused by water, sweat, chemicals, or improper care
- Items that have been worn, altered, or used
- Sale, promotional, or discounted items
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped
- Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Any reshipment due to address errors will be at the customer’s expense.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate ban from future purchases. All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipment.

By placing an order with our shop, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated above.
